Step 1: Enter https://exchange.kronbase.com/register/ into your browser OR go to the top right-hand side of the KRONBASE homepage and click the SIGN UP button. Step 2: Input the required information in the popup box and click the “Register” button on the bottom of the page. Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a "complete your verification" link included. Please click it to verify your account and continue. Step 4: You should now see a popup message the reads: “Account activation successful.” Then, click “Log In” below and enter your email and password. You should now be logged into your Kronbase account. If you continue to have difficulties with the registration process, please contact our support.

Please check the spam and trash folders in your email inbox. You can also try refreshing your email cache. If you still haven’t found the email, please click the Resend an Email button in the “Email Verification” notice you received. Trading Fee Kronbase offers a fee schedule based on volume. When a user’s trade volume increases, they reach a higher tier and enjoy lower trading fees. To qualify for higher tiers, you are required to meet the minimum trading volume standards as outlined in the table below. Discounted Trading Fees: DTEP coin holders are eligible to receive up to a 50% discount on Trading fees when using their coins as payment. To enable this discount, please login to your account settings, and click “Yes” next to the “Discounted Trading Fee” option. 1. Log in to the Kronbase exchange and access your “Account” on the top right side of the page after clicking the image icon; 2. Click on the “Wallet” tab; 3. Under the Wallet tab, click the “DEPOSIT” button; 4. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit on your Kronbase exchange account; 5. Copy the address underneath it (or use the QR code); 6. Go to your personal Kronbase cryptocurrency wallet. Go to the “Send coins” tab and paste the address in the “Pay To” box. You may then give a label to the transaction and choose the amount of Kronbase you would like to transfer. Your Kronbase will be deposited into your Kronbase exchange account only after you have the sufficient amount of confirmations from the network. This usually take no longer than 20-30 minutes. A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” on an exchange DOES NOT mean that the transaction has fully processed. It simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain. Different blockchains require different number of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified completely. Sometimes, a blockchain can become congested with too many transactions, which causes delayed verification. Use the transaction ID (TxID) to follow the status of your transaction on the blockchain. If the blockchain shows you’re your transaction has been fully confirmed, please wait 2 hours. If you still haven’t received your coins, please contact support and provide the following information: 1. Recipient address and txid 2. Type and amount of coins 3. Email address on Kronbase Exchange

Kronbase generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service: If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited token and coins, Kronbase, at its sole discretion, may assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time, and risk. To request Kronbase to recover your coins, please provide the following information: 1. Your Kronbase account email 2. Coin name 3. Wallet Address 4. The Amount 5. Txid (Critical) 6. Transaction screenshot The Kronbase team does not guarantee the recovery of the wrong coins placed in addresses. If it is possible to recover your coins, we may need to install or upgrade the wallet software, and export or import private keys. These operations can only be conducted by authorized staff under a careful security audit. Please be patient as it may take over a month to retrieve any wrong coins.

Please be very careful when you make deposits. Blockchain transactions are not reversible. In case you have accidentally sent a deposit to a wrong address, it means that nobody has the keys to that address, and your coins are most certainly lost forever. Before initiating a transaction, please make sure that the destination address contains no typos or mistakes. Always double check to make sure you are making the deposit to the correct address.

Under the Wallet tab, click the “WITHDRAW” button; 4. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw from your Kronbase exchange account; 5. After clicking “new address,” input the amount of coins you want to withdraw, insert the label, and then insert the address you want to send the withdrawal to. 6. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a "Confirm Withdrawal" link included. Please click it to confirm your withdrawal and continue. 7. You should now see a popup reading “Withdrawal successfully verified.” Your withdrawal request will be processed within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, once sent, all transactions are final unless you can work out the situation with the customer service of the receiving platform. Kronbase will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you click the “Confirm Withdrawal” button in the automatic email that is set. There can be three different responses to your withdrawal request. 1. "Pending" on withdrawal records - you may cancel this withdrawal by yourself. Please contact our support as soon as possible. 2. "Processing" on withdrawal records – please contact support. We may be able to help you solve this problem. 3. “Succeeded" on withdrawal records - If the status is succeeded, you can't cancel it anymore. You need to contact the customer service of the receiving platform. Hopefully, they can recover the transaction.

If your withdrawal is missing, please login to the Kronbase account page and go to the Wallet tab on the top the header. Proceed to press the “History” button. You may now view your wallet history and access the Transaction ID (“TxID”). Normally, a TxID will be generated within 30 to 60 minutes, indicating that kronbase has begun the transfer on the corresponding blockchain. Here are steps to follow when checking the confirmations: 1. If the blockchain showed that the transaction has not yet been confirmed, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete. 2. If the blockchain showed that the transaction is already confirmed, this means that Kronbase has transferred the coins successfully and cannot do anything to help you. If you still have issues, please negotiate with the owner of the destination address.

Once you've sent a digital currency payment from Decoin to an external address, that transfer’s details (amount sent, the sending address, the receiving address, and the date of transfer) can be found on the blockchain. This information is then publicly available and given its own transaction ID (TXID). Transaction IDs are safe to share - no personal information is sent from your Decoin to the blockchain via Transaction ID.
